Hello Beth, I'm an associate of Farsam. Thanks for the link on the Copyright comic. Do you know about projects like this where there might be a survey of households for interpreting law? It occurs to me that as polling gets easier, we might even be able to survey the public for their interpretation of justice. Waiting for markets? Make markets. Think about the county law. If more than XX% of people driev a road at a X speed, and there's no other danger, even if XX Mph is in excess of the limits, then the driver is not in violation. Quantitative, dangerous, and the demographic identity of the pollee would be important. Just curious.
