At a recent event sponsored by the New America Foundation, Google CEO Eric Schmidt pointed to Peer-to-Patent when discussing the development of clean energy, and more importantly, the broader potential for public-private partnerships to revolutionize government, infrastructure, and aid the faltering economy.
